Prince Mesumbe Mesape is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Affiliate and Senior Auditor with professional experience in audit and assurance, accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and advisory services.
He has worked on statutory audits, donor-funded and project audits, accounting and tax engagements for multinational corporations, public sector institutions, international organisations, and private sector entities in Cameroon and Chad.
Prince has strong knowledge of IFRS, SYSCOHADA, and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), with expertise in risk assessment, financial statement analysis, internal control evaluation, statutory reporting, tax advisory, and project audits. He is experienced in leading audit engagements, supervising teams, evaluating control environments, and delivering high-quality professional services within demanding deadlines.
