Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor with over 20 years of industry experience. He has been instrumental in leading and performing audits and has significant audit experience in a multitude of sectors such as the Energy Industry, Transport and Logistics, Engineering, Banking and the Construction industry.
Having served in top management in a multinational company in the Energy Sector (Kosan Crisplant / Makeen Energy Gas), and as Chief Audit Executive of a Class A Bank (Union Bank of Cameroon), he applies this vast knowledge over his career — successfully leading multiple engagement teams in applying cutting-edge audit techniques for the most accurate results.
Michael equally serves in roles such as Member of the Accounting, Learning and Development Advisory Committee for the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA), Member of the Finance, Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee (FRACC) of the African Academy of Sciences (AAS), and Council Member and Secretary General of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Cameroon, amongst others.
